PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match an operation stroke with a dimension of a tip expansible part by connecting a sheath base end part and an operation wire base end part to an operation unit and a wire driving member freely removably and bringing the sheath end part into contact with the wire driving member in the middle of a movement range for the wire driving member. SOLUTION: A cylindrical base end adapter 21 is stuck and fixed to the outer circumference of a sheath 1 base end part so as to be pressed and fixed to an operation unit main body 11 freely removably by means of a sheath fixing screw 12. A circumference groove is formed in the part, to which the tip of the sheath fixing screw 12 is pressed, on the outer circumferential face of the base end adapter 21 so as to be used as a stopper. A slit 22, which is long in the axial direction, is formed in the operation unit main body 11, and a wire driving member 14 to which the end part of an operation wire 2 is connected is fitted into the inside of the slit 22 loosely. In the sheath 1, the base end is protruded into the inside of the sit 22, while the wire driving member 14 is brought into contact with the sheath end face 1a, and the sheath end face 1a regulates an operation stroke L of the operation wire 2. |
