<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a magnetic tape cassette and a component member from being damaged and deforming when receiving the magnetic tape cassette in a storage case for magnetic tape cassette. SOLUTION: A magnetic tape cassette case 1 comprises a housing 3 equipped with a rib 15 for preventing erroneous insertion to be fitted into a front opening formed on a magnetic tape cassette, while a height H1 of a side wall 13 formed around an outer periphery of the housing 3 is made to be smaller than a height H2 of the rib 15 so that the magnetic tape cassette, when erroneously inserted, may not protrude from the side walls 13 to be held between the walls 13, wherein visual or tactile verification is easy.</p> |
