<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required to cool an ozone adsorbent to store an ozone efficiently so that an ozone supply device is compact. SOLUTION: This ozone supply device is equipped with an ozone generator for producing an ozonized oxygen from a raw material oxygen, an adsorption/ desorption device 4 for adsorbing ozone from the ozonized oxygen and storing it and also desorbing the ozone, and a water flow ejector for desorbing the adsorbed/stored ozone and supplying it. Further, the ozone supply device returns oxygen after the adsorption of the ozone by the adsorption/desorption device 4 to the ozone generator and desorbs the ozone from the adsorption/desorption device 4 and supplies it. The adsorption/desorption device 4 comprises at least, one or more pieces of adsorption/desorption pipe 10 filled with an adsorbent 11 and a liquid storage part filled with a temperature medium 6 on the outer peripheral surface of the adsorption/desorption pipe 10.</p> |
