PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plaster stably containing a medicine in high concentration, having high percutaneous absorption effect, reduced in peeling force in peeling and further having good handleability in attachment and feeling to uses during attachment and in peeling. SOLUTION: This plaster is obtained by laminating a tacky agent layer comprising an acrylic tacky agent onto a polyester film face of a support comprising a laminate of a polyester film and a spun lace nonwoven fabric (e.g. laminate of polyethylene terephthalate film having 7μm thickness and a polyester nonwoven fabric having 40 g/m<2> weight and manufactured by spun lace method. A medicine (e.g. isosorbide) and an oleic acid alkyl ester (e.g. decyl oleate) are included in an amount of 1-30 wt.% in the above tacky agent layer.
