PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a scissors mainbody to be surely engaged with a cap so as to prevent removal and also to smoothly draw-out the scissors mainbody from a cap. SOLUTION: In scissors, the scissors mainbody is contained in a synthetic resin-made case mainbody and a synthetic resin-made cap 2 and the case mainbody and the cap 2 are respectively divided into two in a rear and a front so as to be adhered by an adhesive. A through-holeαis constituted by recessed parts 2b and 2b' in a front side cap body 2' side part, the through-holeα' is constituted by the recessed parts 2d and 2d', a guide passageβis formed by notches 2c and 2c' successively brought into contact with the through-holeαand an opening, the guide passageβ' is formed by the notches 2e and 2e' successively brought into contact with the through-holeα' and the opening and the guide passagesβandβ' are formed by the through-holesαandα' so as to be narrow in width so that restraining parts 2f and 2f' and a restraining part are formed. Finger pads are fixed in one piece and the other piece in the scissors mainbody.
