<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture wood chips wherein the length in the fiber direction is uniform, and an entangling is less, and in addition, manufacture a large amount and improve the manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: This manufacturing device for wood chips is equipped with a supporting table 11 which is reciprocatably provided on a base table, and supports a wooden raw material M being cut by a specified length in the fiber direction in such a manner that the fiber direction of the wooden raw material may go in the direction being orthogonal to the reciprocating movement direction R, a raw material restraining unit which restrains the raw material M to the base table, and a cutter unit 20 which is provided on the supporting table 11, and forms wood chips by cutting the raw material M, and the cutter unit 20 is constituted of a slit 21 which is formed on the supporting table 11, an outward plane blade 22 and a return plane blade 23 which cut the raw material M in the direction being orthogonal to the fiber direction, and the outward plane blade 22 is constituted by alternately providing a plurality of flat blade-form partial blades 24 having a blade length of a specified length L for which the total length is equally divided, and a non-blade part 25 of the specified length L, into a row, and the return plane blade 23 has a flat blade-form complete blade 26 extending to the total length of the outward plane blade 22.</p> |
