PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cement composition small in temp. dependance by incorporating cement, a water soluble polymer and an alkali metal formate as main agents and moreover incorporating a synthetic resin emulsion and/or a re- emulsifiable powdery resin, fine aggregates and water. SOLUTION: In this cement composition, 100 pts.wt. cement such as Portland cement, 0.01-10 pts.wt. water soluble polymer and 0.1-5.0 pts.wt. alkali metal formate as a curing accelerator are incorporated as the main agents, and moreover 1-30 pts.wt. synthetic resin emulsion such as ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and/or re-emulsifiable powdery resin obtained by spray drying the emulsion, the fine aggregate such as silica sand and the water are incorporated, and moreover, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, a thickener, a fluidizing agent, etc., are incorporated at need. The water soluble polymer is selected among cellulose deriv., polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylamide, etc., and the alkali metal formate is selected among calcium formate, aluminum formate, magnesium formate, etc. |
