PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the peeling of a resin layer by supplying a resin material to the gap between a mold and the glass member of a molded article and opposing the glass member to the molding surface of the mold to place the same on the support part continuing to the molding surface to cure the resin material. SOLUTION: A resin soln. 4 is supplied to the molding surface 2a of a mold member 2 and a glass member is placed on a positioning part 12 to perform positioning and the resin soln. 4 is subsequently cured by the irradiation with ultraviolet rays to release a resin layer from the mold member 2. The irradiation intensity of ultraviolet rays is set to 0.5 mW/cm<2> and an irradiation time is set to 120 sec to cure the resin soln. At this time, negative pressure is generated in the resin soln. by curing shrinkage and the resin soln. is moved to the center of a lens and the resin soln. protruding to a protruding part 3 flows in the gap between the mold member 2 and the glass member 1 through the positioning part 12. Since the resin in the vicinity of the relatively thin positioning part 12 is cured fast in irradiation such that the irradiation intensity of ultraviolet rays is 60 mW/cm<2> and the irradiation time thereof is 100 sec, air does not enter the positioning part 12. |
