PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride foam molding with enhanced dimensional accuracy by cooling a molding surface part by a cooling sizing unit, and hence forming a surface skin layer without foaming it. SOLUTION: This molding line uses composition containing 1 to 100 pts.wt. of cellulose powder and 0.1 to 1.5 pts.wt. of foaming agent to 100 pts.wt. of vinyl chloride resin as molding material, and disposes an extruder having a breaker plate and heating die and cooling sizing base disposed in a head. In this case, an air gap of a distance between the die and the base is 0 to 5 mm. Thus, a surface of a molding is cooled by the sizing unit, thereby obtaining woody-like vinyl chloride foam molding having excellent dimensional accuracy. |
