PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold integrally a synthetic resin product of good appearance- provided with different colors or patterns on surface parted with a parting line as a boundary. SOLUTION: A skin material 30 forming a first skin is bonded with and retained releasably on a first molding face 21a forming a part of a lower face 21 of a top force 20 for forming the surface of a synthetic resin product and also forming one side on the position corresponding to a parting line as a boundary. Then a preformed base 24 is placed on a bottom force 15, and the base 34 and the bottom force 15 are coated with a sheet-shaped molten resin 31m forming a coated layer provided with colors or patterns different from that of the surface, and the top force 20 is brought close to the bottom force 15 and molten resin is filled between the surface of the base 34 and a skin material 30m and the lower face 21 of the top force 20, and then molten resin is cooled and cured. It is preferable to form the sheet-shaped molten resin formed of the skin molten resin layer 32m and the intermediate molten resin layer 33m containing a foaming agent not yet foamed laminated together. Also the base 34 can be molded simultaneously with the coated layer. |
