PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a therapeutic or a preventing agent for pollakiuria or incontinence of urine capable of manifesting stronger suppressing actions on rhythmic bladder contraction than those of a conventional agent by using a specific compound having inhibiting actions on the voltage-dependent T type calcium channel as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This therapeutic or preventing agent for pollakiuria or incontinence of urine is obtained by using (1S,2S)-2-[2-[[3-(2-benzimidazolyl) propyl]methylamino]ethyl]-6-fluoro-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-isopropyl-2-na phthyl methoxyacetate, 7-[4-(4,4'-difluorobenzhydryl)piperazino-1-methyl]-2-[(2- hydroxyethyl)amino]-4-isopropyl 2,4,6-cycloheptatrien-1-one, flunarizine, phenytoin, penfluridol or fluspirilene as a compound having inhibiting actions on the voltage-dependent T type calcium channel as an active ingredient. |
