PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of cutting out dried cuttlefish shape that can increase the yield of the cuttlefish shape products to the limit without loss only by setting the cuttlefish shape and its dimensions of individual parts to appropriate rations. SOLUTION: Relating to a method for cutting out cuttlefish shapes from a plate or sheet material, the shape 2 of dried cuttlefish is formed by first forming is trunk part 2b of a quadrangle shape from two equilateral triangles that are arranged so that their bases become common, then by overlapping small rhombic fins 2a on the quadrangle trunk 2b, further by making the total length of the hinder side of the fin 2a and the front side of the fin equal to the bottom length of the trunk 2b, and by making the angles α and β between the front end of the fin 2a and the bottom end of the trunk 2b. |
