PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient separation and recovery of mesenteronal gland remaining on the mesh without damage by kneading the inner organs in cavities of the boiled scallop shells and allowing press-ground reproductive organs, strings and others to pass through the net mesh. SOLUTION: The inner organs as mesenteronal glands 2, reproductive glands 3 and strings 4 in the hollow cavity 1 of scallop shells are collected from the boiled shells, kneaded, subjected to washing on a mesh filter 45 in the recovery apparatus comprising the mesh filter 45 and washing solution injector arranged above the mesh so that it may oppose to the mesh 45, thereby allowing the reproductive glands and strings that have been share-broken during the kneading to pass through the mesh while the mesenteronal glands 2 remaining on the mesh is recovered. |
