PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the easy removal of a flocculate which sticks and accumulates on the inclined part of a partition by making the inclination angle of an inclined plate adjustable. SOLUTION: A chain 55 rotates in an arrow (a) direction by driving a motor to rotate forward in a solid/liquid separation tank 1 and further, a chain 53 rotates in an arrow (c) direction, resulting in the rotation of an inclined plate 3 in an arrow (e) direction. On the other hand, the chain 55 rotates in an arrow (b) direction by driving the motor to rotate backward and at the same time, the inclined plate 3 rotates in an arrow (f) direction. Consequently, it is possible to adjust the inclination angleθ1 of the inclined plate 3 by driving the motor to rotate forward/reversely. In addition, a step plate 211 rotates in an arrow (i) direction by moving a step plate operating lever 6 downward (an arrow (g) direction). The step plate 211 rotates in an arrow (j) direction by moving the step plate operating lever 6 upward (the arrow (i) direction). Thus it is possible to adjust the inclination angleθ2 by operating the step plate operating lever 6 vertically.
