The building is constructed from frame sections mounted on rigid floor elements to form closed frame sections, which rest on slabs in the ground and are provided with cladding panels to form floor, roof and walls. The building construction framework is assembled from two or more frame sections (1) mounted on rigid floor elements (6) to form closed frame constructions. Support slabs (8) for the frame sections are set into the ground. Cladding is attached to the frame sections to form the floor, roof and walls of the building. Independent claims are also included for (a) a building construction process, in which the slabs are laid down on a leveled surface, the closed frame sections are positioned on top of the slabs, and cladding panels are fitted onto the frame sections, and (b) a building dismantling process in which the cladding and connector elements attached to the closed frame sections are removed, and the frame sections are taken off the slabs.
