An insulating bell (1) in a transverse partition supports a conducting bellows (3A) ending in a contact sleeve (3B), sliding inside the tubular conductor end (4). Longitudinal stops (8,6) are fitted inside bellows and tube end. Where the circuit route requires horizontal and/or vertical deviation - e.g. to avoid obstacles or maintain buried depth - the junction between successive tubular conductor modules includes a short interposed flexible section (3) providing the necessary angular change. A bolted joint (5) supports, on an insulating bell (1), one end of a flexible bellows (3A) of e.g. annealed copper, whose other end is integrally connected to a hollow sleeve (3B) making sliding contact with the end (4A) of the conductor module (4). A plug (6), with a coaxial guide rod sliding within the sleeve, fixed a short way up the conductor tube, and a rod (8), loosely supported (9) inside the bellows, form stops limiting axial extension or compression of the flexible connector.
