The invention concerns eating habits, in particular the use of at least a chemical agent compatible with eating food to limit, reduce or eliminate distension of the gut wall resulting from eating fibre-containing foods. The invention also concerns the use of said chemical agent to reduce or eliminate the bulging of the waistline after meals, in synergetic combination with the fibres. Said chemical agent can be active carbon, a clay or a polyvinypyrrolidone. The invention therefore enhances digestive comfort. |
