The heater has an external air filter (2) in the vol. flow (1) of external air. A condenser (3) is used in a heating mode or a vaporiser for a cooling mode of a switchable heat pump for controlled mixing of the air changing vol. flow (4). A reheater (6) is regulated by a temperature sensor (13). Separate air flows (9) are divided by adjustable choke flaps (8). An inlet air ventilator's (7) revolution rate is varied with detected pressure.
