摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater inflow anticipation support device which provides higher accuracy by reflecting the condition of a site whose ground characteristic varies depending on rainfall, such that while the ground absorbs rainwater for a certain period after rain starts to fall, if its water holding capability is saturated with increase in the total amount of precipitation, it no longer absorbs rainwater. SOLUTION: A rainfall anticipation computing means 6 which anticipates rainfall in the future according to information about rainfall in a target area up to the present time is provided. A ground characteristic factor computing means 51 which calculates the ground characteristic factor of the target area according to the information about rainfall in the target area is connected to the rainfall anticipation computing means 6. A rainfall inflow anticipation computing means 7, according to the information about rainfall in the future, from the rainfall anticipation computing unit 6, and the ground characteristic factor, from the ground characteristic factor computing unit 51, performs computations to anticipate the amount of rainwater that may flow into a sewer pipe from the target area.
