PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain anα-olefin/conjugated diene-based copolymer-containing compositions which are excellent in not only impact resistance and cold temperature resistance but also weatherability, heat stability, chemical crosslinking efficiency, etc. SOLUTION: The objective composition comprises (A) 1-99 pts.wt. polyolefin resin, (B) 1-99 pts.wt.α-olefin/conjugated diene-based copolymer and (C) 0-40 pts.wt. inorganic filler [provided that the total of (A), (B) and (C) is 100 pts.wt.] and theα-olefin/conjugated diene-based copolymer being a random copolymer to be obtained by copolymerizing at least one 2-20Cα-olefin and a conjugated diene monomer represented by the formula (wherein R<1> and R<2> are each independently H, a 1-8C alkyl or and aryl an at least one of R<1> and R<2> is H) and, optionally a monomer copolymerizable therewith. |
