Control amplifier with negative feedback and PI characteristic, esp. for use in switching regulator

The control amplifier (1) has an error signal input (2) and a reference input (3). A signal feed (4) is provided in the feedback branch which is operatively combined with the reference signal to perform ringing suppression. The feedback branch consists of a series RC circuit, the connection point being connected to the reference input. The amplifier is used at the input to a pulse width or pulse frequency modulator.
