The invention concerns a machine for repairing and renovating a structured assembly of rectilinear made of natural or synthetic material such as, for example, a handling pallet, wherein two separate units comprise data acquisition/storage means and are so installed that the various repairing/renovating tasks can be carried out, by means of these units, by operations in masked time by the joint and properly synchronised human intervention and that of robots installed on said units. Each unit is mounted on a structure (13) with a nesting module (11, 12) and is movable by the fact that it is supported by four retractable legs (1) with integrated actuator. The main sawing unit comprises a saw movable in translation along two orthogonal axes.
