Capacity controlled operation method for mobile radio networks

摘要

The method involves initiating the operation start of at least one temporarily operated fixed transceiver in dependence on threshold value measuring of the mobile radio network, or by a self-learning system. A determination of permanent capacity requirement of the network is carried out and transceiver initiating in dependence on comparison of an actual with the permanent capacity requirement.
