The sliding door has at least one connector plate (1) with running rollers at both sides. There is a guide rail (4) for the running rollers force-mounted on one component. A head section of the connector plate extends over the rollers. A profile (5) surrounds the head section, on which the rollers are mounted. The running roller chambers (7) have through-going gaps for the connector plate. There are guide rollers (17) mounted for rotation around a vertical axis against the vertical faces (18) of the profile. At least one sealing strip (13) is mounted in a rear cut groove (12).
