Clothes having a figure correcting function and for covering at least a waist region and and an abdominal region, and comprises a first right and left stretchy band-shaped bodies (10) which are stretchy at least in a lengthwise direction and somewhat broad and which start at sides substantially near a center of the abdominal region slightly below a waist position of an abdominal region cloth (21) covering the abdominal region and lead to near at least sides of a clothes body, the first stretchy band-shaped bodies inclining upward toward near the sides from a front region to reach a level substantially near the waist position at near the sides, and second right and left stretchy band-shaped bodies (11) which are stretchy at least in a lengthwise direction and somewhat broad and which extend from sides near the waist position of the abdominal region cloth to reach near the sides of the clothes body substantially along the waist position. The clothes having a figure correcting function serves to efficiently apply adequate pressures on the abdomen and sides of the waist region, can more prettily correct a configuration of the abdominal region including the abdomen as well as the waist region, does not apply much pressures on a region below the stomach, and is less likely to lower a feeling of wearing.
