PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portable terminal in a visit nursing support system for improving the display/input of medicine intake information, the display/input of case history information and the input of medical treatment information and for attaining more efficient visit nursing by obtaining detailed information related to respective information. SOLUTION: As to the display/input of medicine intake information for instance, the information of medicine intake contents is extended to three items, e.g. a medicine name, a medicine taking method and others, and required information such as the form of a medicine and the quantity of the medicine is inputted to the item of others. The number of characters to be inputted for a medicine name can be extended correspondingly to a longest medicine name to be used. The number of medicines is practically unlimited and the information of a patient taking many medicines can also be managed. A medicine intake item to be an item for checking whether a certain medicine is correctly taken by a patient or not is also prepared. In addition, information can be rearranged in accordance with the relative information. |
