PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information collected from a vehicle to another vehicle while maintaining information reliability. SOLUTION: Various kinds of information (road surface μ, traveling time, congestion information, and NOx concentration or the like) is transmitted from a vehicle 10 through a satellite 12 to a center 14, and processed by the center 14, and the information is provided to another vehicle. The center 14 is provided with a data base for storing a statistical relation between information to be collected and relevant information. The center 14 requires the relevant information of the collected information from the vehicle 10, and evaluates the reliability of the collected information based on the obtained relevant information and the statistical relation. For example, when the collected information is the road surface μ, a temperature is required as the relevant information, and the reliability of the collected road surface μ is evaluated from the statistical relation between the road surface μ and the temperature. |
