<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avid malfactions by limiting the motion correction performance of the period after an application of power to the device until an output of an angular velocity sensor reaches a stable state. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a camera blur correction means 1, an angular velocity sensor 10 that senses a camera-blur, and a control signal generating means 14 that provides the output of a correction control signal. Immediately after the application of power to the device, the correction performance is limited by the manner such as the setting of the cut-off frequency of a high-pass filter HPF to a higher frequency, setting of a gain of an integration means low, setting to a gain of the entire control system low or setting of a correction range narrow to avoid malfumctions due to drifting in an output of the sensor 10.</p> |
