PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance adhesion between a photosensitive layer and a support by forming a thin layer of a compound having an optionally substituted amino group combining by a covalent bond to the support and forming a photosensitive layer containing a photopolymerizable compound having a sensitizing dye or the like having aλmax in a specified wavelength region in the molecule. SOLUTION: The thin layer of the compound having an optionally substituted amino group and a compound having a polar group or a group capable of generating a radical is combined through a covalent bond with the support, and further the photosensitive layer containing the sensitizing dye having aλmax in the wavelength region of 400-1100 nm, the radical generator, and the photopolymerizable compound having ethylenically unsaturated groups in the molecule is formed. As the compound having optionally substituted amino group and the compound having a polar group and the compound having a radical generating group, silane coupling agents each having each of the above- mentioned groups are preferable.
