<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduced-size single chip microcomputer by allocating multiple values to data transmission signals between respective function blocks in a voltage direction. SOLUTION: A CPU 2, a RAM 3 a ROM 4, an electrically erasable read-only memory 5 and a serial I/O 6 are formed on one silicon substrate 1 and these function blocks are respectively provided with signal conversion areas 2a to 6a including signal D/A conversion parts and A/D conversion parts. A bus 7 transmits a signal multi-valued in a voltage direction. Each function block multi-values a parallel digital signal in the voltage direction in each of the areas 2a to 6a, outputs the multi-valued signal to the bus 7, binarizes a multi- valued signal inputted from the bus and converts the binary signal into a parallel digital signal to input it.</p> |
