LAMINATED PIEZO ELECTRIC ACTUATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezo electric actuator which can prevent breaking of connecting projections or breaking of connections between the projections by soldering. SOLUTION: The actuator includes a plurality of laminated piezo electric plates 1 and thin metallic plates 3 each disposed between the piezo electric plates 1 and having connecting projections 7 joined to the respective plates 1 with use of conductive adhesive. In this case, the connecting projections 7 are alternately projected from the plates 1 in two directions so that the connecting projections 7 projected on one side and the connecting projections 7 projected on the other side are bent at their tip ends at a position spaced by 0.8-1.5 mm from outer peripheries of the plates 1, and their bent parts 11 are electrically connected each other by connecting materials 9. And gaps between the connecting members 9 and outer peripheries of the plates 1 are filled with silicone rubber 17 having an elastic modulus of 1×10<5> to 1×10<7> pa.
