<p>The method is used in human medicine in surgicalinterventions in childtren and adults. It includes cystevacuation, resection of the free ends of the fibrous capsule tointact parenchyma, scolicidic treatment and sewing of the drainingbronchi to full hermetism. The residual fibrose cavity, or theinterlobar sulcus, respectively, is drained by a supplementarycatheter H 16-18 with threaded holes. When the sulcus isincomplete it is freed in one of the poles in a sharp manner,under ligatures or by mechanical suture device. Theintercavitation catheter is connected to active aspirationseparately from the two intrapleural drainages.1 claim</p> |
