The invention refers to a device for crushing, used in the extractive and milling industry, for crushing ores and grains. According to the invention, the crushing device performs the crushing of ores and grains through shearing and jamming. It consists of a base piece (3) rigidly fitted on a supporting plate (1) and a rotating case (5). The rotating case (5) performs a rotation movement, simultaneously with that of the vertical shaft (4) and a movement on the vertical, being fitted with nuts (7, 8 and 9) which rest on the vertical shaft (4), thus achieving the adjustment of a space (a) for outputting crushed products.
