PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract the features of a sentence without depending on manual work by detecting clauses within the range, where measured values become special values, out of the sentence displayed on a display and displaying or recording the detected results of these clauses. SOLUTION: Based on the information of measured positions and lengths stored in a memory 105, as a clause detecting part, a summary sentence selecting part 120 selects the sentence of a section corresponding to the measured position and length information out of an output from a CCD camera 103 and reads the values of, and from the memory 105 and these values are added for each clause. Then, the selected sentence is temporarily stored in a selected section copy part 121 and stored in the memory 105 later. Besides, the contents of the selected section copy part 121 are printed out according to the designation of a print format designating part 122 by a print part 123 as needed. |
