PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one chip microcomputer which can simultaneously conduct a dump test for two kinds of incorporated ROM of IROM(instruction read-only memory) for storing a program and μROM(micro ROM) for storing a microinstruction. SOLUTION: A one chip microcomputer is provided with ports A104 and B114 for outputting for external use the dump contents of IROM 100 for storing the program and μROM 110 for storing the microinstruction. A control circuit is further incorporated which can simultaneously conduct the dump test of the contents of both ROMs when a MOD(mode) signal 120 added from outside requests the dump test of IROM or μROM. |
