PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a nib for fixing without backlash by bending a through-nib part so that it is inclined diagonally for a through-hole, and allowing each side edge of the through-hole site of a nib for setting to hit against the hole peripheral edge of the through-hole. SOLUTION: A brush holder 2 is mounted to a holder stay 3, by feeding a nib 2d for fixing from the surface side of a mounting surface part 3a into a through-hole 3c, mounting the nib surface of a nib part toward the left/right inner side of the brush holder 2 through the feedthrough hole 3c, and performing bending and fixing by caulking along the reverse side of the surface part 3a. At this time, the nib part through the through-hole 3c is bent so that one side edge 2f of the through-hole through site of the nib 3d for fixing hits against the linear hole peripheral edge 3d of the inside in left and right directions of the through-hole 3c, while being inclined diagonally for the through-hole 3c and the other side edge 2g hits against a hole peripheral edge 3e in an arc shape at the outside in the left and right directions. |
