The useful model relates to a composition for wood controlfrom fungi and moulds, insects, moisture and other injuriousenvironmental effects, and it shall find application in thewoodfelling and woodworking industries, in the construction of newbuildings and in repair works and restoration of buildings andinterior architectural elements, of museum exhibits, works of artmade of wood, etc. The composition is an improved water-solubleantiseptic perparation of greater effectivity wich is stable,penetrates better in the material, is more difficult to be washedaway and has lower metal corroding activity. It includes thefollowing components, in wt.pts.: at least one antiseptic selectedfrom the group of sodium pentachlorophenolate from 0 to 80, sodiumfluoride from 0 to 70, sodium silicofluoride from 0 to 70, boraxfrom 10 to 55, boric acid from 0 to 40, and auxiliary substances -soda ash from 0 to 20, sodium bicarbonate from 0 to 16 and Turkeyred oil 0.10-0.30.1 claim/!
