The invention refers to an installation equipping vehicles with internal combustion engines to reduce air pollution. The device is made of an ionizing and vortex flange for the fuel mixture, a retaining room for catalytic flue gases [A], with the admission connected to the exhaust manifold [3] and the flue gas outlet connected to a scrubber silencer [B], by means of a metal pipe [4]. In the catalytic flue gas retaining room [A] two thermal contacts [5] and two atomizers [6] are mounted and connected to a reservoir [7].
