The cam (3) is mounted at the end (1a) of the cylindrical barrel (1) opposite to where the key is inserted. This end has four axial parallel planes mounted in pairs. The intersection of two successive planes forms an edge and a stop (15) extends radially in the lower extension of these edges. The cam has a central oblong slot whose flexible faces deform under the action of two opposite edges during the change of angular position of the cam. The cam also has a an annular section, coaxial with the slot, which is positioned inside the stator (2) to define the cam angular positioning between locked and neutral positions.
