PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roaming mobile subscriber with a method for controlling inter-network roaming by which a visitor network receives the same service as that contracted in a home network. SOLUTION: In a mobile communication network, a home network exchange 100 at a home network A, to which a subscriber of a mobile equipment 400 makes a contract has a home location register(HLR) 101, while visitor network exchanges 200, 300 of visitor networks B, C have visitor location registers(VLR) 201, 301 respectively, wherein the home network exchange 100 and the visitor network exchanges 200, 300 are interconnected by a communication channel 500. Then the home network exchange 100 and the visitor network exchanges 200, 300 and the HLR 101 and the VLR 201, 301 are interconnected by a data channel 600, so that when the mobile equipment 400 uses the visitor network at the outside of the service area of the home network to conduct mobile communication, that is, inter-network roaming, the home network exchange 100 controls the outgoing/incoming call processing of the mobile equipment 400.
