PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate an item to be required for an optional number by judging whether or not an operator for duplicating the item is provided with a right to duplicate it based on operator management information and duplicating the item on an optional client on a circulation route based on item management information in the case that he/she is provided with the right. SOLUTION: A work flow server 101 stores the respective kinds of the data of an item table 103 for managing the items, a user table 104 composed of the information of the operator for performing the work of the item and the right information and an item file 105 composed of item information and the attribute information inside an auxiliary storage device in order to realize the duplication of the item. Then, by the item duplication part 106 of the work flow server 101, whether or not the operator for duplicating the item is provided with the right to duplicate it is judged based on the operator management information of the respective tables 103 and 104 and the item file 105, and in the case that he/she is provided with the right, the item is duplicated on the optional client on the circulation route based on the item file 105. |
