PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the decline of an energy utilization efficiency and the malefaction of a low-voltage circuit device, which is caused by a noise when a power is supplied from a single power supply. SOLUTION: In a power supply circuit, electrical double-layer capacitors 2 which are connected to a motor driving device 1 such as a hard disc driver, a CD-ROM driver, a floppy disc driver, etc., and to a pulse-generating device 3 such as a wireless transmitter, etc., supply powers to those devices which cause a sudden power fluctuation, when they are in operation. Therefore, it is not necessary for a main power supply 5 to supply a power for such a sudden power fluctuation. Furthermore, by supplying a power to a low-voltage IC device 7 by a layer-built polymer battery 4 connected to the device 7, the power supply from the main power supply 5 is not necessary. Then, further, the length of a feeder 8 can be reduced and the transmission of a noise to the IC device through the feeder 8 can be reduced, so that the malfunction of the IC device which is caused by the noise can be reduced. |
