WIRING METHOD FOR OPTICAL FIBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the wiring method for an optical fiber which saves the space when many optical fibers extending out of an optical module are wired round. SOLUTION: Many optical modules are arrayed on racks 11 in stages so that they can freely be inserted and extracted, and the optical module has the 1st connection side CS1 of an optical fiber formed on one side in the insertion/extraction direction and the 2nd connection side CS2 on the other; and the optical fiber is extended out of at least the 1st connection side CS1. A single-core fiber 4 and a multicore fiber 3 are connected individually to the 1st connection side CS1 of each optical module and many single-core fibers 4 and multicore fibers 3 extended out of the 1st connection sides CS1 of many optical modules 1 are stored in mutually different storage means 12 and 13.
