PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove unstability in scale factor due to beat frequency between phase ramp frequency and time-sharing process frequency. SOLUTION: A biasing phase modulation is performed with a 3-axis fiber coil in time-sharing, the interference light of the three interferometers are synthesized, converted into electric signal VA, its output is split in time-sharing, each is synchronous-detected (21X, 21Y, 21Z), its output is integrated, further digital phase ramp is generated (26X, 26Y, 26Z) an the ramp waveform is fed back to the fiber coil. Each ramp waveform is reset for each cycle process of time- sharing. Meanwhile, integrators 23X, 23Y, and 23Z are made into digital ramp waveform with gyro output circuits 46X, 46Y, 46Z, respectively, which is reset for each 2nπ, respectively, for obtaining gyro output pulse. |
