PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a received information to be transmitted by using a mail address of a transmitter included in the transmitter information in a facsimile mail, or a mail header, by transmitting the received information to the transmitter after receiving the facsimile mail. SOLUTION: An address extraction part 10 encodes data of a mail header part letter by letter, extracts an address of a transmitter and stores it in an address storage part 11. Mail data read out from a mail storage part 7 are converted to printable data and are printed out by a printer 8. Afterward, a mail generation part 13 read out at once format data for received information from a format data storage part 15 and the address of the transmitter stored in the address storage part 11 and prepares data in a mail format that can be transmitted by an internet 4. Then, a mail for received information is transmitted by a mail communication control part 6 to a transmission side facsimile 1 by way of the internet 4. |
