SOLUTION: An information processing means 8 execute the processing of reading a deigned drawing data from a designed drawing database 2 based on a drawing number, etc., inputted from a user 10 through an information inputting and outputting means 7 and correlating remodeling construction data with the symbol of an equipment such as a device described on designated drawing data to store in a maintenance information database 5 as maintenance information data. In addition the means 8 executes the processing of presenting the executing situation result of the remodeling construction on designed drawing data based on maintenance information data, the processing of retrieving an equipment such as a device concerning the same remodeling construction name based on maintenance information data by setting a remodeling construction name inputted from the user 10 as a key and the processing of outputting the processing of these to a picture display outputting device 11 and a color printing outputting device 12.
