PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point of sales(POS) device that can attain energy saving for a servicing customers personnel (or a shop assistant). SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a slip issuing machine 1 for issuing an order slip with printed order information that a client orders and a handy terminal 3 for inputting the order information. In this arrangement, a magnetic storage film is applied on the order slip, the slip issuing machine 1 is provided with a magnetic record output part 1-4, the handy terminal 3 is provided with a magnetic record output part 3-4, a reader part 3-5, a display part 3-1 and a printer 3-3. Then the slip issuing machine 1 prints the order information the client orders and seating information the client obtains on a surface of the order slip, and at the same time is equipped with a function to record them on the magnetic storage film, while the handy terminal 3 reads the order information recorded on the magnetic storage film of the order slip and at the same time display them on the display part 3-1; when there is an additional order from the client, it is printed on a surface of this order slip and a function to record on the magnetic storage film is further provided. |
