PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing time in an automatic transaction device by performing an efficient prior processing in an transaction using a magnetic card such as a ordinary cash card or the like. SOLUTION: Card information of a user standing by while waiting for an automatic transaction device 3 to become available is read by a card reader 1, and all the account information of the user including at least account information corresponding to this card information is transferred in advance from a host computer 4 to a server 2, thus the transaction processing is performed by the server 2 instead of the host computer 4 at the time of stand by user's operating the available automatic transaction device 3. And, when the card information is directly read by the automatic transaction device 3 while the automatic transaction device 3 is free, a communication processing with the host computer 4 is not required for the subsequent transactions by transferring all the account information of the user to the server 2. |
