PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of shocks at the engaging of a clutch for conducting the speed change operation of a manual transmission. SOLUTION: A motor 2 is connected directly to the crank shaft of an internal combustion engine 1, and to whose output side, a manual transmission 3 is connected. In the motor 2, a clutch which conducts power shutdown to the transmission 3 is built. The rotational speed of the internal combustion engine 1 is detected by a crank angle sensor 5, and the rotational speed of a main drive shaft in the transmission 3 is detected by a rotational speed sensor respectively. When it is detected by a clutch pedal switch 12 that the clutch has been disengaged, the motor 2 is controlled so that the rotational speed of the internal combustion engine 1 can be synchronized with the rotational speed of the main drive shaft. It is thus possible to prevent the generation of shocks at the subsequent engagement of the clutch. |
