<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording and reproducing device in which a connection member of a drum and a main chassis is provided with a grounding function having conductivity, workability at the time of assembling work is improved, and manufacturing cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: In a recording and reproducing device which is provided with plural magnetic heads 5, in which a magnetic tape is wound and driven on a rotating drum, and a signal is recorded and reproduced in/from a magnetic tape, a drum D is placed on a drum base 2 having a prescribed tilt angle, and the drum D and a main chassis 1 are made conductive through a connection member A having a grounding function, while the drum D is fixed to the main chassis 1 so as to be pulled in downward.</p> |
